  • July 15th, 2018ECONOMIC IMPACT ANALYSIS

Local Jurisdiction requests and has received ECONOMIC IMPACT ANALYSIS WORKSHEET

Manufacturing: VOS has made application to the local jurisdiction to operate a microbusiness according to Local Jurisdiction and State Regulations. The biggest piece of that micro-business as it pertains to projections and model is the M-TYPE 6 Manufacturing Permit. This permit will allow VOS to fulfill wholesale orders, create numerous different oil-based products, and take on contract and white labeling manufacturing clients.

Distribution: VOS has made application to the local jurisdiction to operate a microbusiness according to Local Jurisdiction and State Regulations. Adding the distribution license to our manufacturing operation is an extremely important piece of the business model we have developed. This permit will allow VOS to handle incoming and outgoing products in-house instead of having to utilize a 3rd party distributor. This integration will allow VOS to create consistency throughout our products and reduce distribution costs.

Retails Sales/Dispensary: VOS has made an application to the local jurisdiction to operate a microbusiness according to Local Jurisdiction and State Regulations. In the specific Local Jurisdiction where VOS has made an application they do not allow "stand-alone dispensaries". For this reason, VOS made the decision to add retail sales to our location, adding an additional integration. The Retail Sales location will not only generate revenue for the Retails Sales aspect of our model, it will also allow for the distribution of branded products created underneath VOS Manufacturing.
