Solo.
by PawthosX
Your tools. Wherever you practice.
For relief, locum and independent veterinarians. Bring AI scribing, practical clinical tools, shift management and invoicing together in a workspace that's yours—not the hospital's PIMS.
Target pricing: approximately $100–$125/month per veterinarian. Final pricing and launch date to be announced.
A personal workspace
Clinical work and independent work. Together.
Explore the intended Solo experience, inspired by our original mobile workspace. These are illustrative previews—not screenshots of a released app.
Solo stays with the clinician. The practice retains its own patient records, billing and scheduling.

Capture the visit. Review before handing it off.
Two different products
Solo is yours.
One runs the practice.
Work at five hospitals? Your personal tools should travel with you. The hospital's clinical records, permissions and business operations still belong in its practice software.
Solo by PawthosX
For one clinician: scribing, clinical support, personal shifts and invoices. No hospital subscription required.
PawthosX One
For a veterinary practice: appointments, patient records, inventory, staff workflows, payments and clinic-level integrations.
When a practice authorizes it, future One connectivity may streamline documentation handoff. Solo never grants independent access to clinic-owned records.
Solo, explained.
What is Solo by PawthosX? +
Solo is a planned standalone product for individual veterinarians who work independently, as relief veterinarians, or as locums. It combines documentation and clinical tools with personal shift and invoicing workflows.
Does Solo replace veterinary practice management software? +
No. Solo is for the individual clinician. PawthosX One is the full veterinary practice management system used by hospitals and mobile practices.
Do I need to work at a PawthosX One hospital? +
No. Solo is being designed for veterinarians who work across different hospitals. Approved One connectivity and document-export handoffs are separate workflows.
Is Solo available to subscribe today? +
Not yet. Solo is being planned. The feature set, availability and final pricing will be confirmed before subscriptions open.
How much will Solo cost? +
The initial target is approximately $100–$125 per veterinarian per month. This is a planning range, not a current purchase offer.
